Our unit is based in the outskirts of Bangalore, India at the Bommasandra Industrial Estates and has extensive capabilities in manufacturing and packing liquids, powders and granules.
The manufacturing facility currently consists of 5 mixing vessels. These vary in size from 20 litres to 1,000 litres. Megamorph has reactors that will work under high temperatures up to 200o Celsius. Megamorph also has high quality cooling towers for rapid cooling of reacted solutions.
We also have specialized liquid filling machines capable of filling 50 ml bottles to 5 lires.The production and filing capacity of the plant is currently 10 tones per day. Megamorph also houses 2 industrial grade high capacity ovens for specialized products.
Megamorph also houses a Nano Silver production area where we produce our patented solutions and powders using advanced Nano Technology. We have acquired the knowledge for applying this technology to pesticide removal, arsenic removal, removal of chloramines and disinfection.

Megamorph takes stringent measures to ensure end quality to the customer. Regular in house testing is conducted using advanced laboratory equipment to ensure consistency, quality & effectiveness.
We also run life tests of all our products on the surfaces they are recommended for before launching it into the market. Megamorph regularly conducts competitive analysis on it's products against competitors at a third party laboratory. Megamorph has always excelled and the reports are available below for reference.
Our quality team is headed by Dr. T.N.V.V. Rao; a doctorate from Andhra University in Environmental Chemistry with a vast experience in water treatment industry which includes technology development, product development, Testing & Certification, Regulatory requirements, sales & marketing, etc. Also worked in the area of Quality Management for flavors & Fragrances, drugs & Drug intermediates. He has served many roles before joining Megamorph holding the post of Regional Head - Water Business at Underwriters Laboratories Inc most recently and has also been the QM Manager at Givaudan & Sr.Manager-Projects at Eureka Forbes Limited.
