- Only one entry per Facebook account will be entered
- Entrants must be over 18 years old and be a resident of India
- Participants can be from anywhere in India but prize delivery will take place in Bangalore City only
- Competition closes 23:59hrs IST 9th March 2017, any entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
- The winner may be announced through CareClean Facebook Page on 11 March 2017
- Selection of the winner will be done by Megamorph Marketing P Ltd. No explanation or justification will be provided for the selection of the winner. Decision of Megamorph Marketing P Ltd shall be final
- Megamorph Marketing P Ltd will contact the winner via private message on Facebook within 24 hours of closing, and announce the winner across their social media accounts. Megamorph Marketing P Ltd will request full name and contact details to be used for the purpose of this competition only
- On the announcement of the winner, the winner will be required to provide his/her residential information immediately after receiving the information about winning the competition. The company reserves the right to replace the winner in case of no receipt of said information from the winner.
- The prize is nontransferable, non-negotiable, non-encashable and non-assignable in the name of any other person.
- The prize must be accepted within 24 hours of being notified, after which Megamorph Marketing P Ltd reserves the right to select another winner who will receive the prize. Megamorph Marketing P Ltd cannot accept responsibility for late responses.
- Once announced on Facebook, the winners chosen at random are final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning it.
- If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of Megamorph Marketing P Ltd and which prevents Megamorph Marketing P Ltd from complying with or fulfilling any element of these Terms and Conditions, Megamorph Marketing P Ltd will not be liable or responsible in respect of such Force Majeure Event.
